Operation record

It can record all operations of privileged users to simplify problem tracking and help prevent fraud

All onscreen operations of privileged users can be recorded in video, which is easier to track than text-only logs in emergencies. Text-formatted operations (key input, process startup, window titles, USB-drive and smartphone insertion/connection and removal/disconnection) are also recorded.

Recording agent deployment samples

A recording agent is placed in the computer where you want to record screen operations.
Depending on your purpose, you can place them in privileged users’ PCs, gateway servers that relay privileged access, or targeted systems. The following three patterns can be combined.

Operation log inspection

Easily search for a privileged user’s onscreen operation

Recorded onscreen operations can easily be searched via browser. Search by date, user name, computer name, etc. and display the results in a list.
Results are divided in 1-hour segments and color coded so you can easily see when there is recorded user operation.

Operation log inspection

Simply click the time you want to check to see privileged user operation

You can play the video by clicking the time zone you want to check in the search results. You can skip areas without operation and play the user’s operations in any order while using fast-forward and frame-by-frame play to efficiently view what you want to see. You can also link with the inspection report and simply select part of the operation log of privileged access to cue the video for playback at that point.

Operation log inspection

It can search the operation logs of privileged users and cue videos of operation in the results

iDoperation records key input, process startup, window titles, USB device insertion and removal in text-format operation logs. After searching the operation logs, you can efficiently play and inspect the video of that particular operation from the cued point. You can output the operation logs you searched as a text file with CSV formatting.

Search example: Search by key input

You can cue the video of onscreen operation based on input characters. For example, if you search operation logs in which the word "select" was entered, the video of operation is automatically cued for playback in the search results.

Search example: Search by window title

You can cue the onscreen operation video by window titles. For example, if you search operation logs in which a user performed “remote desktop connection" to "198.51.100.3”, the video of operation is automatically cued for playback in the search results.
